Mission Statement And Beliefs
We Believe
- God created everything and everyone for the purpose of glorifying God.
- We glorify God by:
- Worshipping together as a community of joyful believers, making a joyful noise with song and by hearing the Word read and proclaimed.
- Serving those in need in our neighborhoods and abroad, doing our best to follow Christ’s teachings and examples.
- Growing in our faith by studying the Bible, praying often, and encountering our differences with love and an open heart.
- We believe in putting our faith into action by:
- Serving those in our community in need
- Asking the tough questions that life throws our way
- Mutually supporting and nurturing one another
- Living with one heart and mind for Christ, even amidst our differences
Our vision is to be a welcoming community where faith and life connect. We invite you to join this vibrant community of faith to wherever the journey leads.
We don’t claim to have all the answers, but we think it is important to struggle with the questions as we seek to faithfully serve and act in our community and in the world, and to nurture one another in mutual support. Our vision is to be a welcoming community where faith and life connect. We invite you to join this vibrant community of faith to wherever the journey leads.
